We use quality 5.5 oz. 100% cotton tees. Our hoodies are made of 50/50 poly cotton blend.

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders typically ship within 24 hours of being received.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard: First Class Mail 2-5 Business Days ($4.99)
Priority: 2-3 Business Days ($6.99)
US Overnight Shipping: Next Day ($30 plus $7 each additional shirt)
International Shipping: 6-15 Business Days. ($12.99)
(Please note some countries take longer due to packages being
held up in Customs. This is completely out of our control.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed and is scheduled to ship you will receive an email with your tracking number or click the “order status” link at the top of the home page.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

You may return your unworn/unwashed shirts within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at customerservice@blackouttees.com for instructions. You may exchange you unworn/unwashed shirts by sending it 612 Glenrose Lane Cincinnati, Ohio 45244. You will need to include instructions for your exchange in your shipment to us. Please note all there is a charge of $4.99 for return shipments.
